The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the specific tooth involved, the type of treatment , and the complexity of the case. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits you will need, the fee involved, and the options available to you. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
We participate with some dental providers and will gladly submit your claim for the endodontic care provided. We do not participate with Aetna, Altus, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, Principal or United Healthcare. Your dental plan is designed to share in your dental care costs. It will not cover the entire cost of your treatment. We require any co-pays and deductibles to be made at the time of services rendered. Most plans cover approximately 80% of endodontic services but it can vary depending on your insurance company. This is an estimate, as your insurance company sets a yearly maximum they will pay for each patient and the maximum varies from company to company so it's difficult for us to know exactly what your coverage will be. Once we receive payment from your insurance company if our estimated amount covered was inaccurate, we will bill you at that time. We will only send you an invoice after we receive payment from the insurance company and only if there is a discrepancy.
If You Do Not Have Dental Insurance
For those without dental insurance, payment is required at the time of service. Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
